Auja Little has 10+ years of experience in finance, tech, and education with a passion for operations, strategy, and AI. She is dedicated to leveraging technology for social impact and economic development in underserved communities. Based in Brooklyn, NY, she combines expertise in no-code development and AI to drive meaningful change.
She previously founded Beautyocracy - a social commerce platform creating a better commerce experience for beauty’s most important consumer - women of color. VC-backed by firms like Visible Hands and Pillar, Beautyocracy connected culturally-relevant brands with over 2,500 creators.
She has extensive experience in course development and programming that centers underrepresented communities. She’s worked with Stanford GSB to create the course “Scaling a Small Business” and consulted on extending entrepreneurship education for Black and brown founder in the Bay Area.
Auja has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
